Our strategy focused on maximising value with minimal disruption to their home and way of life, meeting with architects and other property professionals on-site and regularly liaising with the client resulted in the submission of Class Q planning for three executive countryside homes.

Purchased below market value, we planned a complete scheme of works and the property was fully refurbished to a high standard, resulting in two fully compliant and high yielding flats.
