Welcome home

Thank you for choosing to live with Taylor Ross. We’re committed to making your time with us as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer chapter, we want you to feel at home and enjoy the space you now call yours.

We manage all of our own properties, we do not let or manage for third parties and this approach ensures that our properties are well maintained, sought after and most importantly safe for our tenants.

If there’s anything we can do to make your experience better, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help.

Your Tenancy Agreement will explain if you have a utility allowance included within your rent or not. If you do, our Utilities Guide will explain your allowance for gas, electricity and water.

All contacts in various emergency situations just visit our Out of Hours Guide.

During our opening hours, if locked out and we are available – we may be able to help let you back into your property. If however, we aren’t available or you are locked-out whilst we are closed, you will need to organise for a locksmith to regain entry to the property.

If the lock is changed as a result, you will need to provide Taylor Ross with replacement key(s) within 48 hours. More information can be found under the lock section of our Out of Hours Guide.

Please familiarise yourself with the lightbulbs in your property, should these stop-working during your stay, you will need to replace them. The majority of bulbs in our properties are LED and as such are long lasting. If you are unsure how to change a lightbulb, we have a handy guide on how to change a lightbulb.

Please just let us know if you’re planning on being away for longer than 28 days as we may need to update the properties insurance.

Arthur Online is an online system we use which allows tenants to access tenancy information, view/download property documents, report a repair, track rental payments and to stay informed. This allows us to effectively manage your stay with us to make the process as streamlined for you as possible.

Since the Tenant Fees Act 2019 agent have been restricted on what fees they can and cannot charge tenants. We want to be clear and upfront about this and have explained these in our Tenant Fees and Charges guide.

We understand that pets are part of the family. Whether you’re thinking about moving in with a dog, cat, or something smaller, it’s important to know the rules and responsibilities around keeping pets in a rented home – our Pet Guide explains the process.

Whilst we do not provide TV Licenses in our properties, you can find out more information and how to buy one on the TV Licensing website.

Report a Repair

We understand that even the best-maintained homes sometimes need a little extra care. That’s why our team is always on hand to quickly address any maintenance issues that may arise.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please report any maintenance concerns through our Arthur Online portal. We’re committed to keeping your property in the best condition and making your experience as hassle-free as possible.
