5. Sale Agreed
Once you’ve chosen a property and your offer is accepted, we’ll support you in providing proof of funds and ID to the agent. From there, we liaise with all parties to make sure everything progresses smoothly toward exchange.
6. Purchase Managed for You
From conveyancing to chasing paperwork and answering questions, we take care of the full buying process so you don’t have to.
7. Refurbishment and Lettings
If the property needs work, we’ll manage everything. Then, depending on your strategy, we’ll either help you find great tenants or prepare the property for resale.
8. Project Completion
Once the property is ready, whether that’s post-refurbishment, fully let, or prepared for resale we complete the handover. You’ll receive all relevant documentation, updates on the property’s status, and a full breakdown of what’s been done. At this point, the final fee is paid. This marks the official close of the project, but our support doesn’t end there – we’re always available if you need ongoing management, advice, or help with your next investment.
